Lesson 3 Healing in Jesus

Question 7

I hope you are looking to Christ and His wounds for your healing, but I understand if you are struggling with it. My healing was not instantaneous, either.
In Genesis 32, we read the biblical account of a man named Jacob, who was facing his own time of “great fear and distress” (Genesis 32:7). In his time of need, Jacob cries out to God, “Save me, I pray…” And that very night, God in the form of a man (Jesus) comes to Jacob, and they wrestle all night long. At daybreak, Jacob says, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.” (Genesis 32:26) And God does bless Jacob.
I urge you to come to Jesus, look to His death on the cross, see His love, and hold on to Him until you are healed and comforted. God is faithful; He will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24).
Today, my heart is mended and full of the love of Jesus. God has healed my marriage and made it better than it was before the wounding. My husband is strong in the Lord and walking in purity. And we are one couple out of millions that God has healed and restored.
Your faith is well placed in Christ. Trust Him. He is our Savior and Healer.
