Perfect Peace in God
Day 20 - Think about having peace in God
Isaiah 26:3-4 “ You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.”
Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit”
These verses reassure me of my salvation. For the everlasting rock is the stone the builders rejected. (Matthew 21:42) Upon that rock, I stand firmly held in place. For that rock is Jesus Christ my Lord. (Psalm 62:1-2) He is the author of my salvation. ( Hebrews 12:2) Let me come each day to wash in His life cleansing blood. In Him I am secure. (Isaiah 41:10) He never lets go of me. (Deuteronomy 31:6)
In Him, I have all that I need to live forever. His salvation has been given to me, through His great sacrifice, is firm and secure. (Hebrews 6:19)
So I come yielding my mind to Him. My mind is at peace and rest. Joy fills my heart. For I trust in the one and true living God!
