Greetings and welcome back to the Setting Captives Free media addiction course. 

Today we want to continue our treasure hunt, searching for Jesus and the gospel as our Treasure.

But before we do, let’s think about our time when addicted to media for a moment. What were the reasons why we were addicted, do you remember? For me, it was sometimes out of boredom, or at times I just wanted something to take my mind off “real life” so I would “escape” into the world of media.
