We all begin as being dead in sins.  Even though we thought we were somehow alive, we were dead to God and His grace, mercy and love.  But something happened that changed all this. While still in our sins, Jesus went to the Cross.  There by faith we came to the Cross and found God’s grace, mercy and love in abundance.  And that same power that raised Jesus from the dead and out of that tomb, is available to us through faith as we believe the Gospel.

The most significant change for me is the concept that the cross is always the answer to my sin and temptations. The cross exposes Satan for who he is and what his goal is - to destroy me.
