Xavier writes, "The biblical principles of the Setting Captives Free Purity course have allowed me to break a weekly cycle of habitual sin for the first time.

When we wash at the cross, we are humbled and repent for what we have done, and we are awestruck and amazed at Jesus' boundless love for us. When we walk in the Spirit, we read the bible and pray to maintain a pure heart and mind that reflects on good things. When we war against the flesh, we submit all impure thoughts to Jesus, and we make wise decisions about who we spend time with, where we go, and what we do and say.

These principles have been a true blessing to me, and I am encouraged by all of the testimonies that have come as a result of a change in heart that these principles create.

I have changed quite a bit through these lessons! I started on day one feeling miserable, depressed, not doing bible studies, not having any faith in God, and not wanting to face another day, because I would rather die in my sleep than sin against God again. I have learned so much about God's love through the lessons that some of His love has rubbed off on me, and I love Him in return more and more every day.

I pray about purity every day. I memorize scripture, do Bible studies once or twice a day, check-in with family, make battle plans about internet usage, and all sorts of other things that I never did before. But the best thing I do now is humble myself before the Lord and tell him that I need Him.

I am not perfect, and I am still at war with impurity, but I have hope that I can have lasting freedom in Jesus, and I had no hope when I started these lessons. Praise Jesus!

I recommended this course to a friend of mine who confided in me that he was staying up late nights trapped in pornography.
