Lesson 13: Darkness to Light Illustrated in Jesus

Iris writes, "Thank you. I just want to look at you. I just want to be with you. To know and love you. I never thought of you being emptied, in darkness, buried and lifeless. Because of me. For me. Thank you. Never let me forget that it all points to you and to you at the cross. You dying, being buried, and rising from the dead! Thank you because Iris has died with you in baptism she was buried in the waters. WOW! Thank you for considering me worthy enough to have been a part of this. To make this known to me! Thank you! Now Jesus lives in Iris. Let me remember this every day. Thank you because you love me so much and you are so good to me. Thank you for not keeping this goodness from me. For healing and giving light and life with your word. For emptying yourself! For me. Thank you. I want to know you more, I want to love you better."

Harris writes, "I would say how grateful I am. I couldn't make it without Him. he alone out of such love and mercy did the unthinkable to go so far suffering my sin and darkness to have and live His light and experience right standing with God. What an amazing grace. I love you Lord, for you loved me first. I am yours and I belong to you forever. Amen"

Carnell writes, "Thank you Lord! Their aren't words that can express my thankfulness. I would ask the Lord to tell me exactly what he wants me to do. What is the purpose He created me to fulfill? Lord I dedicate all of me to you, I'm yours Lord! I would tell Him thank you for dying for me for rising for me, for taking on my filth of sin and giving me His righteousness."

Wendy writes, "How can I ever, ever thank you as much as you deserve? You have everything for me. For me! A sinner and so unworthy. Dear Jesus, I don't understand that kind of sacrifice, that kind of love, that kind of giving, but I am so thankful and just want to praise your name. Thank you."
