Vicky writes, "The Weight Loss Bootcamp has brought me to the foot of the cross with my sin of gluttony and laziness. I've met Jesus again and fallen into His loving arms. I've been forgiven and invited the Holy Spirit into my days in new ways. I love getting my plan from the Lord each evening.
I began intermittent fasting with two regular meals, lunch and dinner, with no snacking in between. He led me to fast once a week for 24 hours, which I look forward to. I still find it hard when we have people over or there is something "special" happening where food is central to the gathering, but I am learning to listen and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to me regarding quantity on each occasion.
Thankfully, my clothing fits better, and I can move easier. I am more comfortable when I sit and when I move around. I know this is a journey, one that I get to enjoy for the rest of my life. I know I am not alone, and I am thankful to the Lord for his ever-present help.
I recommend this course to anyone who is sick of yo-yo dieting or who struggles with food addiction. This course will lead you to put food in its rightful place and allow Christ to take His rightful place in your heart and life. Dive in. Give it all to Jesus. Allow Him to change you, inside and out!"
