Kathy writes, "The Weight Loss Follow-Up course was incredible. I learned to wash at the cross. I learned to come to Jesus when I was struggling, and He did help me. God gave me an eating plan to eat breakfast and dinner earlier in the day. My body has embraced it. I am never hungry at night anymore. God is so specific, and I love Him so much for it. He loves me to the end.
I lost nine pounds in the Boot Camp course and two more pounds in the follow-up course. I have five more pounds to go till I am at a healthy weight. I have had to find new clothes. I have more energy, sleep better, and have better balance. My blood pressure is reduced, and I am eager to go to the doctor and find out how my blood sugar levels have improved.
I was encouraged by the Bible verses in the course. I wrote them out in my journal, so I never forget. Now I need to put those verses in my Bible along with a note of this course. The word of God is always with me, and it brings me into victory when I take the time to go to it and get help. It just amazes me how close I feel to my Lord. And I feel so free because I never have to go back to any other eating program like weight watchers.
I recommend this excellent course. When someone notices that I have lost weight, I will point them to this study. The best thing is listening to God about the eating plan with the intermittent fasting."
